All personal, academic, and institutional data collected, processed, and stored across our systems is entirely controlled and owned by our partner School Clients (educational institutions). ACNSB Tech Ventures, Inc. operates strictly as a Data Processor and Technology Solutions Provider acting under the direct instruction and institutional policies of our School Clients.
2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance Framework
ACNSB Tech Ventures, Inc. designs and operates its digital ecosystem in full compliance with applicable national laws and global developer policies:
- Republic Act No. 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 - DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and circulars promulgated by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
- Google Play Store Developer Policies governing User Data Privacy, Data Safety Disclosures, and Mobile Device Permissions.
- Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1 - Legal & Privacy) regarding data minimization, clear user consent, and mandatory account deletion features.
- Statutory educational and institutional regulations enforced by government authorities including the Department of Education (DepEd), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and TESDA.

The specific scope of personal, academic, and administrative data collected is entirely determined and controlled by our partner School Clients according to their institutional admissions, enrollment, and operational mandates:
- Personal Identifiers: Full legal name, Student ID, Learner Reference Number (LRN), date of birth, birthplace, gender, civil status, nationality, and account credentials.
- Contact Details: Residential address, official email address, mobile phone numbers, parent/guardian details, and emergency contact info.
- Academic & Institutional Records: Course enrollments, grades, transcripts, sectioning, schedules, entrance exam logs, and learning management submissions.
- Billing & Transaction Records: Receipt numbers, cashiering ledgers, payment modes, total amounts, account balances, and online payment reference IDs.
- App Diagnostics & Security: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push tokens, IP address, device platform, operating system version, and crash logs.
4. Purposes of Data Processing
ACNSB Tech Ventures, Inc. processes data strictly to power software functionality and fulfill legitimate operational objectives:
- Authenticating user access across web portals, administrative dashboards, and mobile applications.
- Facilitating academic management, student enrollment, grading, scheduling, and official record-keeping.
- Processing payments, ledger updates, billing verification, and financial reporting.
- Delivering real-time mobile push notifications for grade releases, account alerts, and institutional notices.

5. Mobile Application Permissions & Data Safety
Mobile applications published by ACNSB Tech Ventures, Inc. on Google Play and Apple App Store request minimum necessary device permissions:
- Push Notifications & FCM Tokens: Delivers real-time notifications for grade releases, account updates, and announcements.
- Camera & Photo Storage Access: Allows users to capture photos or attach assignment submissions and profile photos.
- Network Access: Required for secure HTTPS API sync and session authentication.
6. Sharing & Strict Non-Sale Pledge
Absolute Non-Sale Pledge: ACNSB Tech Ventures, Inc. DOES NOT sell, rent, monetize, or lease personal user data to third-party commercial advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
Data is shared only with authorized partner institutions and vetted infrastructure vendors (e.g. Firebase, secure cloud server providers) operating under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs).
